JUMP!!!

Trampolines are so much fun! If you don't have one, find a friend who does and try one! We have a large one outdoors and we also have a mini trampoline inside for rebounding. I love bouncing, it is great exercise and it stimulates your lymphatic system too! So today, bounce for health, exercise and fun and Live Inspired Now!
