Sometimes breaking things is a good thing! Do you have old computer parts (hard drive or cd's) that need to be destroyed so as not to be hacked? Or perhaps you have a pile of wood outside that needs to be chopped, or even a pile of boxes from Christmas that need to be broken down? It can be very therapeutic to break things or destroy things as long as it is done in a safe and non-harmful way! It is great exercise both mentally and physically! Personally, I learned to break boards with my hands... and that is so EMPOWERING!! My kids even did it too!
So break something today... have some fun, smash something up, feel empowered and Live An Inspired Life!
