Do WHAT on your lunch??

Exercise... on your lunch break! Today, rather than eat a large lunch or sit around the employee lounge, take a walk, or workout at your desk, or if your able, hit the gym! You can always eat a banana or light lunch before or after, but today, enjoy lunch with a workout! Enjoy the feeling of accomplishment that comes from working out and Live An Inspired Life!
