Take your vitamins!

Most of us do not get adequate vitamins and minerals each day with the food that we eat. The funny thing about the world in which we live is that obesity is so prevalent yet most of the people who are overweight are under nourished because they are not eating the right types of foods to sustain life. Every day, besides eating healthy, relaxing, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep and exercise you should take a vitamin supplement.
