Romantic Weekend....

I am spending a very romantic weekend with the love of my life! This picture was our view this morning... waking up to a beautiful sunrise just for us! Enjoy the weekend, tell someone that you love them more than life itself and Live An Inspired Life!

Spa day!!!

This morning I was at the spa enjoying a massage and then a facial. It was so nice! Everyone should treat themselves once in a while. Besides feeling awesome, a massage is great for you too! It helps release toxins in the body, relaxes your muscles and relieves tension. The facial was great as well... it also has added benefits such as deep cleansing and exfoliation. So today, either go get a massage or book one, or if your on a tight budget, ask your lover to give you a massage and Live An Inspired Life!

Offer importance....

Take time today to show someone close that they are important to you! Greet everyone you meet with enthusiasm. Be present and really listen when they speak to you and remember what they are saying. Ask questions pertaining to significant things they have told you before. Appreciate the little things and take time to thank people for what they do. Everyone likes to feel significant... even if it is just sometimes. So today, let someone know just how significant they are to you and Live An Inspired Life!

Time to go out and get a little something for yourself! Today I am going shopping with a girlfriend, she just texted me about a sale. Who among us can resist a sale? Just Listen........

I am taking a 4 hour road trip and I am so excited because I will get to finish my latest audio book! Audio books are great; especially if you have to commute to work each day! So today, select an audio book and listen to it on your drive. I love to listen to personal development books with only the occasional fiction mixed in.

Today I am finishing "Memory" which is a story about a love that lasts through 1000's of years! It's a little to heavy on the history for me, but the love story is beautiful enough that I have hung in there!

Audio books are a great way for us busy people to get our reading in and to Live An Inspired Life!

WORMS!?!?

The charter school where I work did a worm composting project for Science class. As a financial supporter, I was able to get one of the composting systems! So now rather than wasting all of those food scraps, I can feed them to the hundreds of worms that now live in a Rubbermaid container in my basement! I encourage everyone to compost... it is a great way to eliminate stinky food waste in the rubbish can and the end product is wonderful for your gardens! Look into composting today and Live An Inspired Life!!!

Life is Beautiful...

I HIGHLY recommend that every person on earth watch the movie "Life Is Beautiful." It is my personal favorite. It's an amazing story of love! The father in this movie goes above and beyond to convince his son that the concentration camp they are in is just a big game. He keeps him alive and helps him get through an impossible amount of turmoil while still finding joy and reasons to stay alive.

Holding in all your emotions doesn't make you strong; allowing yourself to feel emotions and express them makes you strong.

Let it all go........

Ever hear the phrase "Let go and let God?" Well sometimes just letting go of things is the most wonderful, freeing feeling of all time! Whether you let it go to God, the Universe or something else... allowing yourself to give it up to something bigger is a good feeling. Not all challenges have solutions, some just require time, so letting go and allowing the Universe to take over is a beautiful option to Living An Inspired Life!

Teach LOVE...

Teach your children to love by setting a good example. Children often grow up and have relationships like the ones that they have seen modeled for them. Girls marry men that treat them the way their father treated their mothers and vice-versa. So teach love by living love. Put your relationship first, make it healthy and happy, give lots of affection, positive affirmations, acts of kindness and put your partner first always. Your children will be happier knowing their parents have a solid foundation and they will grow up to emulate that and they too will be living An Inspired Life!
