Sit in a field and talk to a horse...

There is nothing more peaceful than sitting in a field of dandelions and talking to a horse! If you don't have a horse, or even a field available, talk to you dog, cat, turtle, fish or even your pet hamster. Take your animal to a nice serene setting and have a nice long chat. Animals are awesome listeners, non-judgemental and don't offer biased opinions. You will not believe how relaxed you can feel after chatting with your pet and your pet will love the attention as well!
