Yum... chocolate! I am craving chocolate today hence the chocolate post! So you can totally have chocolate and other junk foods in moderation. I would not suggest eating too much but it is great to enjoy a sweet treat now and then. Today a co-worker is kind enough to run out and get me some chocolate and I am just delighted! Chocolate even has some health benefits, it has antioxidants that prevent aging, flavonoids that relax blood pressure and chocolate even helps balance certain hormones in the body.
